From Port Mansfield to South Padre Island he's got you covered. Capt. Rufus was born and raised in South Texas. He grew up fishing the beautiful waters of the Lower Laguna Madre over 30 years ago. His passion for the Laguna Madre is demonstrated throughout his trips. The Captains preferred method of fishing is wading the flats stalking Speckled Trout, Redfish and Flounder, but will accomodate most any style of fishing the client prefers.
