Congratulations to Kadriana with her first ever Redfish!
Linda with one of many healthy Winter time Reds.
Captain Rufus with a 25" Speckled Trout.
Scott with one of three South Texas Snook caught that morning.
Mike with a lengthy 28" Trout. The Trout was caught-photographed - released (CPR). This along with many other Trout caught
by Mike that day resulted in the next picture (see below).
Be sure and get plenty of sleep before your trip because those fish can wear you down quick. If a nap is needed, there is plenty of
shade on the boat (lol).
Flavio with a nice topwater Trout.
Homer G. with a nice 22" Trout. It appears as though the gulls used his shirt for target practice, but not the case. On a cloudy day, this
coloration is supposed to "camo" you from the fish. It worked a few times that day.
Imer and Flavio with some nice shallow water Reds (my catch included).
Mike with a hefty Winter time stringer.
Captain Rufus with a healthy 24" Winter Trout.
Rick with a fat, drag peeling Red.
Sonny with a 34" "Bruiser Red" caught in late Winter.
It was released to fight another day.
The crystal clear waters of the Laguna Madre.
A limit of "spoon fed Reds" pulled out of the crystal clear flats.
The beginning of a beautiful day in Port Mansfield.
Rolando and his son Aaron with a fiesty 20" Red.
John posing with his biggest Red ever, a thick 25 incher.
Aaron is watching with envy in the background, hoping to get
one for himself.
What away to start 2007, Aaron lands a brute of his own. A solid 26" Red. Way to go guys!!
Here's Ruben and his son Daniel with a pair of "tag team" Reds caught almost simultaneously.
Sight casting to a slow moving bronze log, produced this 31.5 inch "bruiser" Red on a dead calm day.
